Coralia Dream Villa 1

The villa was really good. Great location plenty of space and just right for us.

The pool could do with a good clean and around the pool area needs some attention. The dishwasher did not operate properly and the shower in the main bedroom did not drain away. You had to have a 2 minute shower or it flooded the bathroom.

Location was great five minute walk from the strip where all the bars and restaurants are. No noise quite location. Easy access to supermarket three minute drive. Easy access to nearby beaches. outside area was very good and we spent a lot of time in the pool. We requested a specific welcome pack which the hosts arranged for us as we weren’t landing till late in the evening, which was a great service..

On arrival air-conditioning was not turned on and house was very very hot, had to call Villa Management to locate the air-conditioning controllers as these had been hidden away in drawers, even though there were controller holders on the walls beneath the units where we expected to find them. Not all the controls worked in the rooms they were in and we had to try and locate which controller worked on which machine. Downstairs air-conditioning was intermittent and struggled to work. We had to call out an engineer through Villa management on numerous occasions to check the living room air-conditioning unit. Downstairs twin room air-conditioning unit didn’t work for a couple of days until engineer came out to gas the system eventually this worked. All showers were not draining correctly had to call villa management again to sort, cleaners did correct this, although if water spray is against the shower sides it floods out all over the bathroom floors as missing sealant as previously mentioned in other reviews with seals hanging off the doors. As in previous reviews the cooker was intermittent and last couple of days stopped working almost, by this this point I had lost the will live on recording yet more issues like the leaking kitchen tap I had to wrap a towel around. New dishwasher installed prior to arrival and this had not been set up as still had all leaflets inside and I had to fill with salt and rinse aid to complete first wash. Villa management seemed to be only available during weekdays when calling on a Saturday or Sunday. No shutters or blackout blinds on the windows in the bedrooms. Just some bedsheet looking curtains, resulting in a very early wake up every day. Internet stopped working over weekend so unable to gain a response, only to receive a text 2 days later as it had started to work. TV only works via WiFi and pre paid streaming Svs, pleased we took our Apple TV. Essentially this villa needs a lot of TLC and action from previous reviews.
