Villa SunResidence

The location was fantastic. A lovely coastal area well located within a 10 min walk of local restaurants and a supermarket. The property was comfortable and clean, and being able to walk to the end of the garden each day to go into the sea for a swim was a real highlight! Katarina was a great host/property manager. Her communication was very good in preparation for our arrival, and when we arrived she get us a very good tour of the villa, a few tips for the local area, and even gave us a lift to the local supermarket to help us out in finding it for the first time.

Some of it felt a little tired, only half the pool awning worked for example with the other half left in need of repair to operate. We were surprised to be informed on arrival that we would need to pay for our electricity usage when leaving at the end of our stay, which in our case was EUR €90 for one week. I don’t blame the property manager for this, more Booking.com as it wasn’t something I can recall being mentioned or made clear when I made the booking.

Mig og min familie har lige været afsted i uge 31 (27 juli-1 august, 2026) og vi har haft en helt fantastisk uge 😄 Det er første gang at vi lejer egen villa i stedet for hotel og dette sted kan virkelig anbefales! Udearealet er stor og rummelig, der er små indretninger hvor man kan placere sig og indenfor i selve huset er også bare virkelig perfekt og rummeligt 😄 Og så er det jo vildt lækkert at have egen pool og ikke skal slås om solsenge 😂 Placeringen lægger også rigtig godt i forhold til indkøb og restaurantbesøg 😄

Huset bærer præg af at det er meget besøgt, men ikke noget at lade sig gå på af 😄

Location was excellent. Property was clean and pool regularly maintained. Katerina who managed the Villa could not have been more helpful. From sorting taxis to resolving an issue with the door which led to us getting locked out

Furnishings could do with updating and modernising and things like cutlery were cheap and easily broken. Wasn’t obvious when booking via booking.com that electric was extra

It was a lovely Villa with a great pool and comfortable rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the sauna was great

The water was not always hot. There was a steep slope down to the car parking which was a bit tricky to navigate
