Villa Georgina is a modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa, with brand new furnitures, kitchen and BBQ,ping pong,located in the heart of Coral Bay, just minutes walk to the restaurants, cafes, shops and the beautiful sandy beach of Coral Bay.
Villa Georgina is a 3 bedroom villa providing an exclusive retreat for a party of six or a family seeking a private heaven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus. The property has its own private pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever-shining Mediterranean sun.
The property is located in a comfortable neighborhood providing a clean, calm and well built environment. The property is all about location as the Ascos Coral Beach is only a 5 minute walk away.
The popular Coral Bay, a 500-meter-long bay boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is a certified blue flag bay and is around a 15-minute walk from Villa Georgina. This villa is only a 5-minute walk away from the Coral Bay Strip where you’ll find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal.
The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with comfortable sun beds setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. If you prefer a little shade, that's provided too by the covered outside dining area where you will be welcomed with a dining set and a charcoal BBQ.Also a ping pong table is available for gaming time!
Through high doors you will be able to access the fully air-conditioned living room which is furnished with a sofa-bed gathered around a coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and smart TV.
The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven,washing machine,toaster,Nespresso machine and electric kettle making the property feel like a home away from home.
The 3 large air-conditioned rooms can accommodate 6 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. There is a large room furnished with two sigles
beds on the ground floor, providing ease for the elderly or any mobility impaired guests.
The second floor boasts 2 large air-conditioned rooms which can accommodate 4 persons. The one bedroom has a king-size bed and the second one twin beds and have direct access onto a veranda which provides elevated views onto the garden area.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Georgina. The villa is spacious, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor area, with the pool and sun loungers was a highlight—perfect for lazy afternoons and dinners al fresco. The ping pong table was also a great bonus that my 2 kids loved!Michalis was a great host—communicative and kind. We were arriving late, and he thoughtfully provided a welcome pack to get us started before we had a chance to visit the shops. It was a lovely touch and much appreciated after a long day of travel.The location is peaceful and private, but still close to Coral Bay with it's great selection of local restaurants and bars. We would absolutely recommend Villa Georgina and hope to return in the future!

We stayed for 11 days in this villa and had a lovely, relaxing break. There were 5 of us (myself, husband, children ages 17 & 13 plus our daughters 19 year old friend)
We’ve been to Paphos many times over the years but this was the first time we stayed on the Coral Bay side and it was lovely! The villa is in an amazing location for walking distance to local shops and restaurants and the beach. We did hire a car because we like to do different things but it isn’t vital for staying in this villa which is lovely!
Communication throughout the entire experience was excellent - I’d say the best I’ve had - nothing was too much trouble and response time was very fast.
Lovely welcome snacks and water when we arrived which we were very grateful for!!
We’re already missing the sun and pool - until next time!
