Villa Lucas ,Lovely 3-bedroom villa, offering everything you need for a family villa holiday. As you enter the villa on the ground floor you will find spacious open plan living with patio doors opening directly on to your very own private pool. Twin room with facilities. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom plus twin bedroom, both with patio doors opening on to your private balcony. Outside the pool terrace with BBQ, is perfect for al fresco dining opportunities, or if you are wishing to dine out, there are local restaurants within easy walking distance. The centre of Coral Bay offers a wider choice of amenities as well as the popular coral bay beach. This villa is a perfect choice for couples and families wanting to explore the local area.., Recommended places to visit: Tweedies Restaurant , A must for a special celebration – you must book! Tweedie’s restaurant occupies an old stone building in the heart of the village of Kissonerga in Paphos. Porto Antico Restaurant, Thronioutis Panagias Fabulous food with endless sea views, I personally love visiting at night with all the twinkly lights - a must. Visit the Ship wreck, and have lunch at Oniro by the Sea, contemporary bar restaurant, very popular. Personally, I love to visit Yialos Tavern by the Sea, traditional restaurant offering simple food, reasonably priced with very beautiful sea views. If you visit on Sunday, please book, gets busy with locals. Sea Caves - Sentiero by the Sea again, definitely worth a visit, great food, drinks with stunning views. Agios Georgious, again lots of sea caves to discover in shallow water. Cap St George – very beautiful exclusive sea front hotel, worth a visit for lunch or a cocktail on the private beach. Boat Hire – Latchi – hire a boat for the day and swim in the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean and Aegean coastlines..

Lovely villa in a great location—just a short walk from the main Coral Bay strip, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The villa itself was beautiful and well maintained, making for a really comfortable stay. The pool was clean and regularly cleaned during our visit. The upstairs balcony also has a lovely sea view, which was great to enjoy in the evenings.The host and property manager were both excellent, with great communication before and during our stay.

A Peaceful Gem Near Coral BayAfter several October villa holidays near Coral Bay Strip, Villa Lucas stands out as our favourite. Tucked at the end of a quiet side road, it offers peace and privacy without sacrificing convenience - a short walk to shops, bars, and restaurants.The villa’s standout feature is its stunning balcony, ideal for morning tea or sunset drinks. With views stretching south to the sea, north to the mountains, and west to the sunset, it’s a serene spot to relax. The villa was spotless, with a well-maintained pool and shaded patio ideal for outdoor dining. We appreciated the blackout blinds, fast hot water, and Wi-Fi throughout – not something we’ve found in every villa.The kitchen is somewhat smaller than others, now with a compact dishwasher. While the villa suits four guests comfortably, it’s less ideal for six due to limited seating and sunbeds. The barbecue is a test of improvisation skills as it has no charcoal grid.A few small improvements—like towel rails, coat hooks, and updated appliance instructions, especially the French microwave, would help. TV setup was tricky as it uses a UK Fire stick and needed a helpful call from Andy, the owner, after the managing agents were unable to help. His personal check-in before our trip was a lovely touch. Andy, the local managing agent, was quick to help with minor issues.Overall, Villa Lucas delivered a relaxing, comfortable stay with thoughtful touches and unbeatable views. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great time, the villa and outside space is lovely. We were told is was 500 metres to the main strip but sadly it is double this at least, my wife has walking difficulties so a little too far away for us.
We had an issue with the agent (Andrew) who was rude and somewhat spoiled our experience. I have contacted the owner who has promised to look into and address this issue.
