Villa Roker by Ezoria Villas

Villa was in an excellent location. It was near to the facilities but also quiet. I liked the layout as all the bedrooms were upstairs. The living area was a good size. The kitchen was also large enough.

The bathrooms themselves were more than adequate. However they did lack storage - there was no additional shelving or cupboards and trying to balance all the toiletries was a challenge. Also only 1 of the air con units in the lounge worked but we were advised that the faulty one was unnecessary and was to be removed.

*Fabulous location. * Fabulous facilities *Room for all the family *Pool area lovely *Communication with company. *Ease of transfers to and from the airport. * Ease of check in and check out. * Great family space.

* door lock can stick , making getting in Villa difficult at times. * safety alarm too close to blinds and fell off setting it off - wasnt left with key fob to disarm. Company brilliant resolving this thou. * only 5 chairs around dinning table meaning 6 of us couldnt eat together had to use buffet bar. * had an unexpected storm and water leaking through one of windows. Again company aware of this and will resolve. * being picky stains on leather sofa, balcony cushions wripped, cover canopy wripped when open it so far.

Location and pool.

The beds were very uncomfortable.

Spacious, huge pool! Location perfect! Was our second time returning since 6 Yeats ago :)

Not a negative but Villa could do with a little updating eg kitchen and bathrooms as still the same since we visited 6 years ago :) but nothing major.
