About this villa rental
The Villa is in a fantastic location and only a 10 minute walk from Coral Bay beach. Set on a small private road development, it is also only a 3-4 minute walk to the centre of Coral Bay that boasts a collection of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, street cafes and nightlife catering for all tastes.

Villa Sofia is perfect for a group or family and has all the amenities required for that perfect villa holiday. The villa is equipped with air con, wifi, satellite tv and a beautifully designed outdoor area incorporating private swimming pool and various alfresco dining and relaxing areas.
A car is not essential as most amenities and many attractions are offered within walking distance. Those further afield are served by an excellent modern air conditioned bus service.
Villa Sofia has been furnished to a high standard and has a large, spacious interior. The entrance to the villa leads through a hallway area into a very large lounge (TV, Stereo and DVD) and seating area in an open plan arrangement with the dining room set to one side for indoor eating. The kitchen is found on the right of the entrance hallway and has large sliding doors leading out onto a patio area where there is the first of three outdoor seating areas. The kitchen includes a Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and dishwasher. A large walk in w/c is also located under the staircase where there is a washing machine.
The staircase leads to the first floor where the 3 bedrooms can be found. The main bedroom is a double with en-suite and walk in shower for those warm summer days. It boasts a balcony that overlooks the pool area and provides mountain views over the hills of Peyia.
The second bedroom is a twin room also providing access to the upper balcony. Bedroom 3 is another twin room with dual aspect windows overlooking the pool and front garden. There is also a family bathroom located upstairs with a bath and shower.
The exterior of the villa features landscaped gardens with citrus fruit trees and a private swimming pool. The spacious open plan lounge and dining rooms each have large sliding doors leading out onto a shaded patio with lounge seating that looks towards the pool. To the rear of the villa is a beautiful Pergola area alongside the BBQ which provides perfect shade from the midday sun whilst also acting as a fabulous environment for long alfresco evenings.
The villa also a wide range of movies available via the TV package and enjoys a selection of DVD's which range from children classics to family movies. There are also a selection of books, games and puzzles to help you enjoy your stay.

Fabulous villa, everything needed for a perfect holiday.The villa is in an excellent location with shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.We highly recommend this villa and hope to return in the near future

The villa was lovely and in a perfect location near restaurants, bars and beaches. A few things were noted especially that there was no handrail in place in the stairwell leading up to the bed rooms which in my opinion is a health and safety issue, especially for customers who may need help to give them a bit of security walking on the tiled steps and for any young children that would stay. We managed ok but it could have been a hazard if one slipped as nothing to grab hold of. The wi fi connection dropped for the last 2 days of our stay which also affected the tv, the villa hosts made contact to try and get it sorted but to no avail. A draining rack would be useful in the kitchen to prevent slippage of crockery etc. on the sink. We felt the shower over the bath in the main bathroom was a bit awkward to use as the bath itself was quite narrow so a walk in shower would be more beneficial similar to the one in the en-suite for main bedroom. Overall we had a fab time. This was the first time I have stayed in a villa and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the villa was overall was lovely.

Just back from Sofia villa, it was everthing it said on the website lovely clean villa so easy to check in, pool fantastic, and communication with owners great, 5 minute walk to entertainment and restaurants, no need for a car as bus service great and again 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Can't recommend this villa enough everthing to make a perfect holiday.. will definitely be back. Ann & Jim

We come to coral bay every and stay in villas this isnt one of the best. On the 1st day there was hundreds of ants in the main bedroom crawling up wall to air con. My husband and I slept in the single bed the following night but they were there rest of the holiday. The shower near the pool was awful if you insist on people showering before going in the pool needs to be showerable. The outside chairs near doors was filthy we never even sat on them all holiday the pool had a yellow rim round. For a luxury villa it really needs updating because the area is beautiful and this villa has a lot of potential
