Villa Roker is a 3 bedroom villa providing a charming retreat for a party of six or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus.
The villa has its own private 8x4 swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun.
This villa is all about location as the popular Coral Bay strip is only a 2 mins walk away where you’ll find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal.
The property is located in a Villa complex, offering a clean, quiet and well built environment with a walking distance location to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops. The popular Coral Bay, a 500 meter long bay boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is a certified blue flag bay and is a 15 mins stroll from Villa Roker. The villa is also a 2 mins walk away from the bus stop which provides direct access to all the needed amenities.
The swimming pool has variable depths (0.90 x 2.30) in addition to flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the covered terrace which is footsteps away from the swimming pool where you will be welcomed with a six piece comfortable rattan set.
The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds and rattan sofas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility.
Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with two leather white sofa gathered around the modern coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).
The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering a microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.
The 3 large air-conditioned rooms are on the second floor and can accommodate 6 adults with ease boasting large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The en-suite master bedroom sports a double size bed and direct access to the veranda.
The second bedroom is also furnished with a comfortable double size bed, whilst the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The rooms have a dedicated bathroom serving both.

We have stayed in Coral Bay before so we knew the area and love it there, the villa is lovely and in the perfect location for the strip, literally 5 minutes walk and there’s also a couple of restaurants around the corner so ideal location, as for the villa it is nicely decorated and roomy with plenty of bathrooms, very convenient to have a toilet downstairs as well as 2 upstairs, it could be updated a bit throughout but nothing bad enough to write about, it didn’t impact our stay, the pool was a lovely size and very warm, it was a pleasure to go in and we used it frequently throughout the day, every day, all in all an absolute gem of a place and you won’t be disappointed, we look forward to returning

We had a lovely time but the property could benefit from a little TLC outside. For instance painting the wall with the adjoining property and the fence at the back. This could do with being higher as the area at the back is used as a car park by neighbouring properties and feels a bit exposed. The view has gone due to other properties being built so it could be higher to feel more private and secure.
Under the sink area seems to have a lot of condensations too which drips so this could be looked at as smells damp.
Nice villa. Just a shame these few things let it down as it’s a great spot.

Location is perfect, short walk to main strip.
Pool is also perfect for long chilled days.
Having stayed in several villas in Coral Bay, this is one of the better ones. No complaints. 10/10

Overall a lovely stay, communication was excellent throughout. A few points to note:
Master bedroom, bedside tables are too big as you can’t get into the wardrobe on one side so we had to move one of them!
Outside furniture, table and chairs very comfortable and in good order, the sofa and chair set however was covered in cat hairs as we established this is where they like to sleep. The covers were all very stained and therefore not inviting to use which was a shame.
