Villa abit tired needs a paint to refresh the villa

We had an amazing stay at this villa and honestly couldn’t fault it. The villa was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and the garden and pool were just as immaculate. There was loads of space both inside and outside, making it perfect for relaxing. Everything we needed was already there – we didn’t find a single thing missing – and the beds were really comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent throughout the villa, very easy to use, and kept every room lovely and cool, which made a huge difference in the Cyprus heat. The location is ideal. It’s on a lovely quiet street, yet only a 2–5 minute walk to the main strip with all the bars and restaurants. The main supermarket and Coral Bay beach are also only around a 10–15 minute walk away, so everything is within easy reach. The host was fantastic from start to finish. He replied instantly whenever we had any questions, and when we realised the sweeping brush, mop and bucket had gone missing, he went out and bought brand new ones and personally delivered them to the villa within 30 minutes of us messaging him. That’s exceptional service. Check-in was also incredibly easy thanks to the clear and simple instructions. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re going to leave our contact details with the host so we can hopefully return in the future. We found out this villa gets booked up very quickly, and after staying here it’s easy to see why. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Coral Bay. The villa is in an excellent location, great sized pool ehich was cleaned and maintained regularly whilst we were staying, big comfortable rooms, host was brilliant and had a small welcome package for us arriving and also arranged a later checkout for us on the day we were leaving. Very helpful. I stayed for 11 nights as a family of 5 and there was more than enough space for us all. Would definitely recommend as it was great value for money.

Villa was lovely. Very near the strip. Ideal for those who don't want to walk miles to get to the strip. Handy for the bus stop and local supermarket. The location and privacy was the best part. Good sized rooms.

We got a message just before we arrived to say the air con is only upstairs and has a default setting of 2 hours. This made the rooms very uncomfortable during the night. No air con down stairs was unbearable. It meant cooking was painful in the heat. Villa furniture and rooms are out dated. The host did say they were going to fix this however it made our experience slightly dampened.
