Small and compact Had everything I needed. Oven was very easy to use. Instructions left for facilities was great. I loved the park at the end of the street which I used to sunbathe. I didn't feel intimidated at all. There is a nearby eScooter port to the park if you like that sort of thing (which I do).

The shower head was loose and wouldn't stay up so it either had to be held or placed at a lower position. Smelly water smell from the shower hole. TV screen had a scratch on the lower-right but didn't affect any of the World Cup matches I watched. Sofa sinks in the middle as soon as you sit on it and wasn't particularly comfortable. Some cutlery had dried food on them and mugs had tea/coffee drops on the rim so I had to re-wash them. There is a spider problem. Thankfully, mostly small ones but did encounter a large one that just had to be dealt with. Not really the fault of the Owner but the area the Apartment is in is diabolical. Its dirty with dog poo and litter. A few languages spoken by the local residents.

I think describing the area as "lively" is a bit euphemistic. It's largely my fault for not researching, but if you are not local I would take some time to Google the area. This is a really run down part of town, with lots of rubbish piled up along the street and in front gardens, and quite obvious signs of drug use. We arrived late at night, and there was a loud group of men standing directly outside the property, watching us as we tried to open the lock box and get in - we were clearly interrupting them and it was really uncomfortable. The area felt reasonably safe during the day, and the flat itself was fine, but we were never 100% comfortable after that first night. Probably not one for families.

Rooms were comfy, bathroom was lovely and big, easy walk to the city centre

Stain on the sofa bed, living room light flickering, extremely noisy neighbours all hours of the day
