Good location.
Quiet, comfortable, clean.
Not the best equipped but decent enough for a night or two. Eg nowhere to hang towels, no small lamps in lounge.

There was a horrible smell in the bathroom
The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable
The mirror in the bedroom was filthy
And the window didnt close probably so could hear all outside noises.
There was no batteries in the thermostatic so had to go out and buy some

Great self contained apartment close to the town centre and dock area. Staff were welcoming and friendly on check in and departure.

The young man at reception was personable and very friendly. A great start to our stay.

Exactly like the pictures. Spacious and in the middle of city centre which was so handy. Even though the property didn’t have a car park, there was lots of parking spaces available that was only a 2 minute walk from the property.

Very clean and comfortable.
Love everything about it.

Pleased with the amount of space in Apartment 104. Recently refurbished, so everything was clean and tidy. Roku tv made finding and viewing a rugby match we wanted to see very easy. Beds were comfortable. George on reception was friendly and explained everything well. Perfect location for our needs.
A lot of stairs and no lift. No mirrors in either of the bedrooms or bathroom. There was NOTHING at all in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels on so everything has to go on the floor. No towel rails, no hooks on the door. Though the bedrooms each have a closet, there were only 2 coat hangers in each one. One of the bedroom doors had very rough edges where it's been planed to fit the frame - potential injury in the making. Kitchen equipment - no baking trays and the cutlery was very old and of cheap quality. Felt a bit like somebody couldn't quite be bothered with final finishes. A pity, because otherwise I'd be giving the property a higher score.

Cleanliness and staff were very helpfull
Only thing i didnt like is how poor the car park is at rear but i know this isnt a Friary House issue

The staff were very friendly and helpful; we had an issue with the heating and they were very responsive in working to get it all fixed. The location is very central and the apartment was very new. It is clean and the kitchen facilities were most appreciated. The apartment is spacious too and so there was no feeling of being cramped.
Being on the main street with only single glazing windows means it is very loud until late into the night at the weekend. Of course, if staying in the centre of town, you can expect noise from people out clubbing or drinking until the early hours - but then double glazing is also expected on a property that is advertised as being new.

Location is good
The rooms bore no resemblance to the photos on the Booking.com site. IMHO this was a clear case of misrepresentation. In addition: our corridor was under renovation and our room was not finished. The tradesmen were still working during the day. The smell of paint was unbearable and dust was everywhere.
After a month of corresponding to and fro with the management of RoomsBooked we were told we could get 10% discount on a future booking - although we explained that we were on holidays and would not return to Gloucester.

Not much. The apartment I was given looks nothing like the images shown on here. The place I got was like a student dorm and really soulless

It was clean, spacious, comfortable and the location was great. Easy to get around London and nice area to walk around aswell.

Clean spacious with nice balcony
The balconied apartments are on the top floor. I should have checked that there is no elevator, but seven flights of stairs are too much. But worse than that, the bedroom was windowless and without any ventilation. This was not mentioned in the listing. Hence the low score.

In a noisy high street with drunk people outside until late and bin collection at 5am

Property was well situated. Go right towards the docks area and the lovely Sunday markets. Go left into the city.
My apartment was on 3rd floor. No lift. Walking up 4 flights of stairs no for faint hearted or unfit. Be warned. It was a very warm weekend. South facing windows. Very hot n humid. No AC. (Desperately needed) there was a portable oscillating fan supplied. Needed two. Plus all the outside ledges were home to every pigeon n seagull nests. Very noisy. In fact deadening.

Didn't try the breakfast. Location was great
No lift. Had to climb three flights of stairs up a stiflingly hot stairwell. No air conditioning. The heating control in the room showed the room temperature as 32.8 degrees C. With the balcony door wide open the temperature had dropped to 27 degrees by checkout time but keeping the balcony door wide open allowed the very loud street noise to reach the room. People were still shouting in the street at 4am on Saturday morning. When it got light a seagull flew into the room and scattered belongings around the room before being chased out. Was not impressed by having to leave a "security" deposit of £250 after already paying almost twice that for a two night stay.

Location was near center of town and to the docks.
We had a room at the rear of the property which was quiet. Everything you could ask for was there but no lift (we were on the 2nd floor)
No lift.

Great property, clean, well equipped and location ideal. unfortunately starting time of building work spoilt our last day.
On last day there was a building work taking place appeared to be near our room, banging started at around 9am continued until our departure and we had paid an extra £25 to check out later, disturbed our sleep and our final hours of stay.

Nice balcony. Clean. Good location.
Roof light above the bed with no blind! Awake by 06am was not ideal after a late night out! Crazy there is no blind for this?!
Was also given the wrong room at the beginning, so had to move rooms after going back to the owners. Paid for a balcony appartment, but got a regular Appartment. The price difference was over £40 so wasn’t going to accept the non balcony room.

Very little.
We arrived at 8.15pm. There was no one on reception and the bar staff were left to deal with. They insisted in taking a swipe of my credit card and left a pending transaction of £250 on it as a bond.
The first apartment we were shown stank of “dope” and we refused it. About 15 minutes or so later we were shown a smaller 1 bed apartment and the management by telephone refused to reduce the price we had paid which was for a two bedroom apartment.
We were finally shown an apartment on the third floor. There was no lift and I have recently (3 months ago) just had my hip replaced so that was along way up!!. This had faulty air conditioning which didn’t cool the rooms at all. The bedroom both had skylights directly above the beds with no way of blocking them out.
One of the bedroom sinks had a plug which once closed could not be opened. The TV in the main room did not switch on.
We did not have a keycard for the room just one for the first room we were shown so couldn’t leave the room and get back in. The person who showed us into the room said she would come back with key cards for the final room we were shown but never did so we couldn’t leave to look around and have a walk together.
We asked for our money back but the management would only offer a voucher to use at one of there other properties.
We stayed since by now it was 9.30pm and woke up when it was light at 4am !!
They have refunded all but 1p of the £250 bond which is completely churlish.

The area the place is situated in has a major drug problem in the night and my vehicle was broke into. Still waiting for my deposit refund after 3 weeks

Central, next to the Priory , with many places nearby/next door to eat and drink, and with a car park behind (paying). A spacious apartment, with all the amenities for a loner stay.
Our only negatives were climbing the stairs, and that I seem to have misread the carparking charges because I thought I had paid for 24 hours and it appeared not to be the case.

Very spacious apartment, well located to walk to quay, nice shower, clean. Bar it's attached to is nice.
You have to check in at bar but they only have one member of staff manning the bar and checking guests in so you feel like you're inconveniencing the staff member. £250 deposit is a bit steep for a one night stay. It should be pro-rata. A bath mat would be useful in the bathroom. A bit noisy at night but to be expected.

1. Perfect central location! Shops nearby and only a short walk from the Gloucester Quays. Tesco express literally on the doorstep if you need to grab a few things to cook during your stay.
2. Very modern, stylish properly exceptionally clean with great space.
3. Option to add breakfast to your booking in the bar below if you really don’t want to cook.
1. No parking provisions included HOWEVER nearby paid parking is available. I’d recommend parking in the multi-storey rather than the pricier open-air NCP parking. Would be great if a temporary resident e-permit could be granted to guests on request to park on the street, even if for a small fee and on a first come first served basis.
2. Having to carry my luggage and shopping up two flights of stairs as there’s no lift.

Nothing much, the person on the phone would benefit from some training to be more courteous and polite.
The shower was difficult to operate, the concierge was rude when I asked for help. I had to skip the shower.
They also have these draconian conditions, paying £250 upfront for any damage. it took almost a week to get them back. It is to the cleaners to report no damage. No lift, had to go 3 floors carrying heavy weights twice, no help.

Very handy location for pubs, restaurants and supermarket. A very clean, modern appartment with all kitchen equipment one would need. A lovely modern shower and comfy bed.
Everything was really nice and we were ok but bare in mind the appartments are on second floor and there is no lift.
