Extremely disappointing
Nothing. Room looks much better in the photos than in reality.
The apartment smelled of mould, there wasn't any bedding provided for the sofa bed, tiny living space with not enough furniture to seat 3 people. Attempts to contact host were met with a voice message saying that he wouldn't be responding to messages. Based on this, we found alternative accommodation. The host has accused us of lying about the lack of bedding provided and will not entertain a refund for the 5 day stay.

Short stay in central location
Flat was good and no complaints other than the check in.
The key did not work. After several phone calls and hanging outside of the flat someone finally let us in. They had a problem using the same key, which confirmed that it was not us but the system and key.

Unhygienic and rude host
Good location
The bedding provided was stained with blood and lacked proper covers, which was deeply unhygienic and unacceptable. The 'sofa bed' did not function as described—it did not convert properly, and when we attempted to set it up, we found only wooden pallet boards beneath the cushions. We have photographic evidence to support this. When we contacted the landlord to raise these issues, the response was extremely unprofessional. They were rude, aggressive, and repeatedly spoke over me, refusing to allow a proper conversation. When I attempted to explain our concerns about the property, they became defensive and ultimately hung up the phone. We were also unable to call housekeeping after 17:00 to discuss this.
