I had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also perfect—quiet, yet conveniently close to local attractions.

Good place for adults, very central location and free parking on the street

Very friendly host came to welcome us and explained the layout of the property. Gave us a good overview of nearby amenities and shopping options. Parking is free on the street of the property, but can be tricky to get. Overall it's a good place to stay, plenty of bedrooms and a good well-stocked kitchen. More geared towards adults staying over for a few nights than young families. Comfortable mattresses.

Heavy fire doors across the whole property, dangerous stairs for small children, heating control is in the wrong place to ensure a comfortable temperature in the bedrooms (we needed to switch it off in the middle of the night). Neighbourhood was a little noisy.

I had a wonderful stay at Serene Retreat! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to [mention nearby attractions or conveniences]. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt; they were kind, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Never again. Absolutely shit service.

The fact that the shower room had problems with its drain. I have 2 wet rooms in my parents house and I was told by a member of there staff after numerous calls and messages with no answer and I left the property that washrooms are suppose to be like that and that the drain has no issue and it was checked by there maintenance team. The fact you never answered my phone indicated that you knew there was a problem and just couldn’t be asked to deal with it, so you left me to it till I left the property you messaged me a few hours later. I had children staying. Only 1 person had a shower due to how bad the drainage problem was the water had come out all the way in to the kitchen. It also STANK of cannabis in 2 rooms.
