Casa das Fadas

Gostei de tudo! Nota-se muito carinho investido nesta casa em cada detalhe. Está muito bem equipada, decorada e cuidada. Está numa óptima localização com vista para a montanha do Pico e num ambiente calmo perfeito para quem quer descansar.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet - mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben selten ein so gut ausgestattete Küche vorgefunden. Das Kochen dort hat somit auch sehr viel Freude gemacht. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Uns wurde auch eine nette Wäscherei empfohlen, da es leider keine Waschmaschine gab. Auch das hat toll funktioniert!

Es ist nicht wirklich eine Kritik, weil sich hier die Bedürfnisse der Menschen unterscheiden, aber uns war das Bett leider viel zu hart.

A ausência de máquina de lavar roupa, mas esta questão será como melhoria futura, não crítica ao espaço, porque nada tenho a apontar.

Marta's house is beautifully located on a quiet rural road near a few other houses. There is a great view of Mount Pico from the rear yard and a distant view of the sea from the front. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival and it is very well equipped for cooking (plenty of utensils, pans, crockery, cutlery etc). The house is beautifully decorated and is obviously very well looked after. We enjoyed the small patio area with sun loungers at the front, perfect for breakfast in the sun or a drink in the evening. The house is only a 15 minute drive from Madalena, the main commercial town on the island. It's also equally close to Sao Roque and only about 35-40 minutes from the lovely little port of Lajes and probably the best place anywhere in the Azores for whale watching trips. Overall we were very happy with the location. You will need a car, but that it likely to be true wherever you stay.
