This townhouse is a part of a quiet association in one of the most sought after areas in the White Mountain Valley. Just a 2 minute drive in to the village of North Conway, 1 min to the Saco river and Echo Lake and sandwiched in the middle of the areas best two ski resorts - Attitash (10min) and Cranmore (5min). One of the best restaurants (and a favorite of locals) is within walking distance from your home away from home.
One of the most convenient locations in the valley with everything you need to enjoy your stay within a 10 min radius of your vacation spot.

You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcomed but we prefer you keep them on the main level.
Please remove shoes and ski equipment and leave in the entryway.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.
Cooling: Mini-split units in all bedrooms and the dining/kitchen area. No AC in the basement, but it remains cool during the summer.

Awesome place to take your family. Can't say enough good things about the property. The house was fully furnished with everything you could need. The dishes and silverware for children was a great touch, as well as the toiletries left in each bathroom. There were also all types of toys and games throughout the house. My 2 year old had an absolute blast playing with the toy car, magnetic dart board and foosball table. The house was clean, spacious and cozy and the location was perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the basement theatre was amazing for a movie night. 10/10 would not hesitate to stay here again. If you're looking for a great place to take the family 5 minutes from the town center and even less to echo lake, look no more, this is the perfect property that checks all the boxes. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

We stayed with family for my mom’s 70th birthday. Ages ranged from 3-70 and everybody was happy! Games were fun, house was clean and had sweet little touches. Location was perfect for many restaurants, attractions, etc. Parking and accessibility were wonderful. My only (small) suggestion would be to update windows and doors. A couple window screens were falling out, screen door on the slider and front door were both inconveniences at times but truly a wonderful stay and we would love to return again!

The property is as advertised, very clean, the beds are super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. My grandchildren, ages 7 to 11 never left the basement. They had a great time. The location is also excellent, close to the water park, the village and Diana's bath ,all activities that we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again. Abbey is a great host!
