Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
• Guest making the reservation must be over 25 (unless they are children with a family). This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
• No smoking in the house. If you smoke on the porch, close the windows
• No fireworks or other illegal activities. We will send the police to remove you from our home if you light fireworks
• The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
• Quiet hours is from 10pm-8am
• NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
• Respect the neighbors
• Remove shoes/boots at the door.

Host provided good thorough information on what to do. Wonderful house with a good layout. The heated pads that clear a path to the hot tub are a nice touch.

We stayed at the west nest and loved how close it was to everything in Conway. We were able to hit the Saco river and enjoyed the hot tub. The house was super cute and comfortable with plenty of room. The hosts were responsive and great to work with!! We’d definitely stay again.
