Beautiful 2,750 sq ft log cabin home in Conway, New Hampshire. This 3-bedroom home is waiting to welcome your family to the Mt. Washington Valley. Just minutes away from Center of North Conway.
Any season you will find something to do. Were only 7 minutes to Cranmore Skiing, 11 minutes to Attitash Mountain, 1.5 miles to Diania's Bath, 1 mile to Saco River tubing, 12 minutes to Story Land, 2 minutes to Echo State Park, hiking, and more.

What Cozy Bear Cabin offers:
*Wood burning stove all wood included.
*Oversized fireplace with all wood included to keep you warm.
*Fire Pit outside to relax and enjoy with wood included for burning.
*New deck with plenty of seating. Perfect for relaxing and gas grill.
*Huge family room downstairs with second kitchen.
*Game room with Foos ball, air hockey and an over stocked game closet with toys and games for every age.
*Plenty of parking for 6 cars.

*King log bedroom upstairs with en suite bathroom with whirlpool tub.
*Queen log bedroom upstairs.
*Full bunk room with double over double bunks, twin over twin bunks with trundle bed also. Sleeps 7!!
*Pull out couch and common space area for relaxing.
*3 full bathrooms for convenience.
*86" flat screen tv.
*Flat screen tv's in every room with streaming.
Full Kitchen:
*Keurig drip and carafe coffee maker. Toaster, mixers, pans, silverware etc. every you need to enjoy your stay.

We are located in the White Mountains, 1 acre of land and although we do spray on a regular schedule, you may see the occasional bug.

From the beginning of our stay to the end of stay at the Cozy Bear Cabin everything was perfect! Paula was very quick to get back to any of our questions and made sure we knew anything and everything we needed to know before we arrived ! The house was very clean and equipped with everything we need for our stay. We were even welcomed with a nice bottle of wine . The house is in the perfect location and there was much to do . Wonderful family vacation!

This was one of the best vacation homes I have stayed at. We were 2 families with 5 kids under 12, and the space worked for us perfectly. The huge playroom/TV room downstairs was key (a closet full of toys was a wonderful surprise), plus having the game room (big enough for adults to do yoga, too), meant we could spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed, we loved having such a big dining table, the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The whole place was extremely clean but also felt very homey. The yard was big enough to play (in the snow!) and of the course the location is ideal - quiet, but close to town and just down the road from Echo lake, and a short drive up to Pinkham notch. We'd love to stay again!

Paula is responsive and helpful. The cabin was very clean and stocked with plenty of games plus we appreciated that it was decorated for the holidays.
