Sun-filled, chalet-style floor plan with cathedral ceilings and loft play area. 1st floor rooms: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. 2nd floor rooms: living room with gas log fireplace, kitchen, dining (seats 8), half bath, bonus loft play area (accessed by stair ladder in living room), and slider door access to the deck. Basement rooms: open plan with bedroom and game area, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer closet.
Kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, Keurig K45 (version 1.0), toaster, blender, dishware, cookware, etc.
Bedrooms (comfortably sleeps 10): 3 bedrooms on 1st floor—(1) king bed in master bedroom, (2) queen bedroom, and (3) bedroom with 2 twins. 1 full bathroom with bathtub/shower on 1st floor. Entry to basement is through the bedroom with 2 twins. Basement is an open floor plan with 2 queen beds and bathroom with shower (no tub).
Air conditioning with mini-splits on all three levels. On 1st level the mini split is located in the master bedroom. NOTE: Basement is well dehumidified.
WiFi and 4 HDTVs with complementary streaming (Netflix, YouTubeTV, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Disney+).

The house was perfect for our families. It had all the necessities esp for little children. The house was super clean and well kept. Ben was really attentive and if we had to reach out, he got back to us right away. Would definitely recommend this house.!

The home was perfect for our trip to North Conway, with plenty of space and a warm, comfortable feel after long days on the mountain. Everything was exactly as described, and the place was spotless when we arrived. The host was responsive, making check‑in and any small questions effortless. We had zero issues during our stay, which made the whole trip even more relaxing. I’d happily stay here again on our next visit to the area.
