This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, a desk, and a dining table for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation, and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district. Indeed, the 11th arrondissement played a decisive role during the great workers' revolts of the 19th century. Don't miss also the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.
Formerly a working-class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the capital's most "trendy" districts, especially on the Place de la Bastille side, with many bars with different atmospheres. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
