Excellent location in the 11th arr., extremely close to big tourist attractions, very nice neighbourhood. Metro stops are basically 1min by foot from the apartment.

Not great soundproofing - the noise other residents make when entering the building, walking around… it can get quite loud at night which makes it difficult to sleep. Earplugs are a must.

Nice, small apartment, but quite loud. Location was good and close to the metro and bus station. Shower really good, but no bide, oven though it’s mentioned in the description.

Cleanliness should be improved overall. It was very dirty, the bed sheets were lot clean, everywhere hair. No shower gel. No toiletries. Just one set of big towels for 4 nights for two people, no hand towel, flor towel, hair towel available. Very very light walls and the apartment is located next to the entrance and the hallway. you can literally hear everyone entering the building and walking upstairs. Quality of sleep will be not good if you have a light sleep, consider that.
