The cozy, clean, and modern apartment is located in an older building near Voltaire Metro Station. It's perfect for long-term stays and has everything you need. We really appreciated the shutters and blackout curtains, as well as the fan, which was very helpful during the hot weather. The beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of clean bed linen and fresh, white towels. The plumbing works well, and there is a good supply of cleaning products. The small balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or admiring the city at night. The beautiful staircase leading to the 5th floor is another charming feature, and as you climb the stairs, you can truly appreciate the beauty and character of Paris. Contactless check-in is available. A huge thank you to the owner for creating such a comfortable and thoughtful place to stay, and our deepest gratitude for helping us through a difficult situation!

Honestly, we didn't have any significant complaints. The street can be noisy, but that's part of its charm, and you quickly get used to it.

Comodidad, limpieza del espacio, ubicación y tranquilidad del edificio. El propietario fue muy amable y servicial, estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo, nos dejó hacer checking antes y guardar el equipaje a la salida hasta la hora que debíamos ir al aeropuerto.

The apartment was super nice and looked exactly like the photos. Everything we needed was already in the apartment. The host was great and super sweet. It was a perfect stay for me and my friends. The neighborhood was also great, close to the metro and bus stations. I 100% recommend it! 💖💖

Pulizia generale molto carente. Abbiamo dovuto acquistare la carta igienica perché quasi terminata al nostro arrivo. La biancheria non sembrava pulita, ci è venuto il dubbio che non fosse stata lavata dopo l'utilizzo dei precedenti ospiti. Polvere a terra e sulle superfici.
