Condado BEACH Modern Cabaña!

The cabana is centrally located and restaurants within walking distance. Our host Maritza recommended Le Brasserie for breakfast, it's a French bakery/pastry place that serves breakfast, brunch and not only it's offerings are delicious , it's reasonably priced with excellent service. One night we tried Cayo Caribe Restaurant recommended by Maritza and enjoyed it as well. The Cabana is newly renovated with all amenities ,very clean , comfortable and second to none!

An unexpected water main rupture occurred two days after our arrival in the municipality of San Juan which affect the entire area of San Juan, Condado and Santurce. Thus we were affected by having our water rationed during our stay . This situation was beyond the control of Maritza our host. Yet, she handled it with the outmost of concern for our well being and provided 2.5 gal water jugs for our general needs and 1 gal jugs for drinking water . She also, offered the option for us to check out early and would credit the days we didn't occupy the cabana along with the payment we made for the parking. Needless to say we will be staying here in our future trips to Puerto Rico.

El barrio es bueno, el ingreso es incómodo, el departamento esta bien. La dueña fue amable.

Estuvo bien, pero quizá un poco caro.

Location was within walking distance to many restaurants and the food market. Step out the back gate of the property and directly onto the beach. The pool was a convenient place to relax at the end of the day.

The main hotel entrance was under renovation and from the outside appeared a little sketchy. No worries, everyone was friendly and we felt safe. The room we stayed in was a Cabana unit, not in the main hotel. Very nice, very clean.
