This was the perfect location for a vacation with my college aged kids. Two blocks from the beach, two blocks from Calle Loiza which has tons of restaurants. A few blocks from SuperMax a major supermarket chain. We were able to start here with breakfast and plan our day and chill in the evening after exploring the island during the day especially in the outside space. Overall the apartment was small but perfect for a family of 3 or 4, especially with the two bathrooms - again perfect if you have teen/college aged kids.

Air conditioning was great. We really appreciated that laundry was available.Only down side was parking, and that wasn't a big deal.

We had trouble getting in with the code. The instructions listed two codes but only one was needed. There were five keys on the lanyard and only two were needed which made getting in difficult a few times. The owner started contacting me at 6 am on check out day about checking out. Then she sent a rude message about respecting check out time, when we were all gone before 11 am and already at the airport. The location was very good for walking and getting to the beach. It was a short Uber drive away from Old San Juan, which was nice. For the price it worked out minus a few issues.
