Propiedad frente a Supermercado 24/7. El lugar acoge a 6 huéspedes pero solo los primeros dos están cubiertos por el precio por noche establecido. Cada huésped en exceso de dos pagará $15.00 por noche adicional. A/C en todo el apartamento. Dos consolas de 12,000 btu en cuartos y una de 24,000 btu en la sala.

Área tranquila y familiar. Supermercado frente al edificio 24/7 con cafetería y farmacia a precios muy convenientes. Lugar para lavar y acondicionar tu ropa en el Supermercado. Neverita, toallas y sillas para pasarla bien en la playa.
Apartment for small groups of up to 6 people, particularly families or couples. You can walk to beaches, restaurants, tourist attractions, pharmacies, hospital, with access to Uber, taxis and buses. Two beds and a sofa bed. Refrigerator, stove, air conditioning throughout the apartment except the kitchen and three televisions. Quiet and family area. Supermarket in front of the building 24/7 with cafeteria and pharmacy at very convenient prices. Place to wash and condition your clothes in the Supermarket. Cooler, towels and chairs to have a good time on the beach.
Only advance registration or check in to our property will be authorized when we do not have another guest the day before your reservation.
If you make a reservation and not receive the box of keys code 24 hours before check in time call immediately to your host. Don’t send text messages please make a voice call to the host.
If any of the interior doors remains closed, to open it you have to insert a straight wire or a thin screwdriver through the hole of the lock and push it. You can also use the grip of a metal clothespin after straightening it.
We can use photos of our cameras to determine the number of guests and identify them for security reasons and correction of reservations.
If you want to receive more people please adjust the reservation and add them.

The location was great. Near everything we wanted. The host could do a better job making sure the apartment is cleaned properly in between guests. The A/C unit in the master bedroom was not cooling property, at least not as well as the other two units.

The location is good, in the middle of San Juan and about a 12 minute drive from the airport and Old San Juan. However, the main room air conditioner leaked the entire stay, buckets full daily. If you wanted a hot shower, you needed to turn off all of the air conditioners and unplug the fridge, or the solar powered inverter would beep saying it was overloaded. A couple neighbors had dogs that barked and some outside lights were on all night. This was not a very comfortable stay. Pillows were flat, not enough towels (with having to mop up the air conditioner leakage). We would not stay at this particular apartment again.
