• Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin.
• A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property.

• Office Team: Available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
• Supervisor is on duty daily 9AM to 8PM, for any circumstances that require assistance.
• After 8PM our Night Service deals with any emergencies.
• On weekends our team monitors emails.

Communication with the property manager was excellent. Upon our arrival they had provided several grocery items(bread, juice, fruit, cereal, coffee, milk, eggs, and rum! All were very much appreciated! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was so well stocked with dishes and cookware. We could walk to a grocery store and a nice variety of restaurants. The pool was spacious and we could walk to the beach, directly off the pool area. A perfect spot to stay for a few days.

This apartment was a great way to end our visit to PR. The check-in process was seamless. The apartment has everything you need. They even included food essentials to get us started. The location is probably the best part. It’s close to beaches, restaurants, parks, you name it! It’s a gem!

Nice VRBO in a good location. Easy to either walk or UBER to where we needed to go. The kitchen was beautiful and supplied with all necessities. There was bread, cheese, bananas, cereal, oatmeal, milk and juice, and other beverages provided which was so helpful since we did not get to the grocery store immediately. Nice pool area and stretch of beautiful beach was just beyond the pool.

The location of the condo was perfect. We are able to walk or grab an Uber to wherever we needed to be. The owner was kind to leave us some started grocery items in the fridge.
There were plenty of towels for our stay. They also provided beach chairs and towels. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. The building is old. It appears they a doing some renovations to building. There is security on site which we appreciated.
The unit itself could use some work. It was overall clean, but some areas could have used a little more cleaning. Mainly the decor could use a good cleaning. The kitchen had an issue with small white bugs all over the counters and the sink. We found some bug spray and we had to spray twice a day to keep them at bay. The owner did have some put bait traps during our stay.
The furniture could use some updating. The bed in the first bedroom was uncomfortable and sits very low to the floor. The love seat in that bedroom recliner did not work.
I feel they should upgrade to a bed that sits higher up if they can. The living room furniture could use an upgrade as well. Not a comfortable piece of furniture at all. The tv in the main room had the setting for assistance is on and you cannot turn it off because the original remote for the tv was missing. To have the tv talk each time you change the volume was annoying. Overall we had a good stay. There were a few annoyances than can be easily fixed if the owner chooses to address them.
