Perfect for families, groups, and business travelers, you'll be just minutes from the beach, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and local attractions. Walk to Starbucks and SuperMax in under a minute. The penthouse features generous living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. Please note that occasional city noise may be heard due to the lively neighborhood.
The Space:
Please note that the property is located in a lively area with nearby restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. This central location provides easy access to many of San Juan's most popular attractions, though occasional nighttime noise may be experienced.
As with any island destination, utility interruptions can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control. In the rare event of a temporary service interruption, some amenities may take a short time to fully resume once service is restored. Our team will always do its best to assist and provide updates whenever needed.
Guest Access:
The building has a black gated entrance with a keypad for access. Once inside you will find the stairs leading up to the fourth floor where the apartment is located. Elevator is out of service.

If you need assistance during your stay, please send us a message through the platform inbox. For quality assurance and proper documentation, all communication is handled through the messaging system rather than phone calls.
