Beautiful condo right on the beach. Clean, spacious, amazing pool, beach access - what more could you ask for! Plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. Maritza was always quick to respond and was an amazing host.

This sweet abode is truly on the beach in Condado, has an amazing pool, gym and nice people. The cabana is quite small but perfect for 2 people and easy walking distance to great cafes, stores and nightlife. For any questions, Maritza was always a phone call away. If bringing a car, correspond with Maritza in advance to secure a spot. Don't rely on street parking.

I love staying in this building and this accommodation was nothing short of perfect. Has everything you could need for a short trip especially if you’re not traveling with more than 2 friends. Bathroom was clean and unit was good for 3 people to stay comfortably. building has store if you need water or travel essentials. Location has amazing restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby if you want to stay local. Everything else is a short Uber away. The building staff did not give us any problems even when we were in and out late hours of the night. People are very friendly and is mostly a vacation building. Pool is decent but the best thing was gated access to the beach steps away from the unit to catch amazing sunsets. Unforgettable vacation in Puerto Rico are due to great accommodations like this. Thank you Maritza and Michael!
