Very nice and private apartment located just one block from the Ashford avenue, one more block of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico.
Master with a queen size bed and the second bedroom a full bed. One bathroom including towels, shampoo, etc.
Located at Washington St., San Juan, a lively neighborhood. Walking distance to the supermarket 24/7, hospital, pharmacy a variety of local and trendy restaurants, hotels, bars and very close to the airport and to Old San Juan.
Enjoy walking the peaceful area and sun in the mornings and then have fun visiting restaurants, pubs,etc. in Condado, Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Piñones.
Do not forget Calle Loiza, where you can find all kind of restaurants: Puerto Rican, Mexican,, international, healthy, at walking distance.

Excellent location - All amenities and accommodations exceeded our expectations. Location was great, safe, and within walking distance to so many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to our multiple questions before booking.

My husband and I have been staying at this property every time we visit PR. We really like the location as it is walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, beach and all the amenities that the Condado, Ocean Park and Loíza street offers. The neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet which also makes it a good place to work from. Daniel and Jacqueline are great hosts and just a text away when you need them. Highly recommended for your future visit to San Juan.

Third time for us in this apartment. As excellent as good as ever. Daniel and Jackeline are the best hosts you could ever ask for. They were out of town during our stay, but they were very helpful to us before and during our stay. Everything was working perfect in the apartment. Even they placed a replacement microwave because the one in the kitchen was not working. Daniel and Jackeline, your apartment has become our house in Puerto Rico. The location of the apartment is the best if you want to enjoy San Juan. It is located in a very quiet and residential area of San Juan. Nearby beaches, Old San Juan, Isla Verde. A supermarket walking distance. Everything you might need you have it in this location. Again, thank you Daniel and Jackeline for everything.
