Condado San Juan / Beach,Touristic & Business Area

Location was amazing! We loved the close walk to the bars and restaurants, the smoothie place downstairs was amazing & the host was very quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Would recommend this place to anyone! ALSO we did see some tours met right outside our building which is convenient if that's what you like to do.

Only thing we didn't like as much is that it does tend to get a bit hot, however just turn on the AC and shut all doors and you'll be fine it is no big deal

The apartment was spaces and comfortable. the two main bedrooms were great. the one bedroom in the rear was little but had a bathroom. The location was good and the area was safe. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment has the basics for cooking, pots, pans, dishes sheets and towels.

The noise from the street was very loud. Loud music from passing cars the cars had loud exhaust sounded like it was in the living room. The sliding doors are old and seem to have been moved out onto the balcony to give more living area. This seems to be what contributes to why it is very loud. Also the sliders are dangerous. Part of the glass isnt even setted in the frame and the slider are not operational. for the price i dont no that I would stay there again. but for this trip it served it purpose. We waited to long and really didnt have many options in this area.
