This is a beautiful apartment :)
There is laundry at home, hot water, towels, toilet paper soap and caffe machine. Bed are queen size so confortable, wifi, TV with all apps to movies and music. I had a placement stay here. I was doubting because the other people reviews (they said there was not hot water, but the people don’t know how to use it; just turn it to the right and wait 2 min) I can tell you! I loved this apartment. Lyft take you everywhere in only 10 min for about $6 dollars. Ocean beach is only 10 min walking. Very safe area, you may be think is not safe because there are renovations and construction outside in the neighborhood but it is safe, don’t worry
The area looks a bit bad. But is not bad, this neighborhood is in process to renovate so you can see a lot of construction around.
