The studio accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen bed, double sofa bed and double futon. It includes a full bathroom and kitchenette, A/C and WiFi.
Enjoy the building's private pool, tennis court, gym, game room, laundry facilities and 24/7 security.
Water during scheduled rationing: The building's reserve system maintains water service during scheduled interruptions.

While the building may look modest at first glance, the apartment is privately maintained and offers direct beach access, ocean views, a pool, gym, tennis court, 24/7 security, and the relaxed atmosphere that makes this location so special.
