Relaxed

Well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable.

We were very happy, small thing was could have done with a few lamps in the lounge. The lighting was very bright on an evening.

A lovely stay

The cottage had lots of facilities up and downstairs. Very warm, cosy everything we needed. Our welcome pack was very well received and Maddy was around if we required a bit of help thank you.

On this occasion we didn't sit out so the only improvement would be a more private garden if different time of the year.

Excellent Cottage, Excellent Location

Excellent cottage in a great location in the country side. The cottage was very clean and extremely well equipped with plenty of dishes, plates and utensils for cooking. We received a welcome package with bread, milk, eggs (from the onsite chickens) which was a lovely surprise. There was a separate enclosed field outside next to the animals for our dogs to run around in which was very handy! The bedrooms were very well furnished and had very comfortable beds. There were 3 showers in the cottage which was handy for us all getting ready to head out in a morning. We visited at the start of a heatwave in the UK so the outdoor patio was just what we needed in an evening, with comfortable furniture and umbrella to give us some shade. The cottage also had a gas BBQ which we could have used but didn't on this occasion. The cottage had plenty of parking (we took 2 cars) outside the front door, which made unloading a breeze. Thank you to Maddy our host who was very friendly, with nothing being too much trouble and was very responsive when we asked her any questions via text, we will be visiting again in the future.

An ideal cottage for sightseeing in Norfolk.

The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. It was a home from home. We had a lovely stay here for three nights. It was very clean and well maintained and plenty of hot water for showers and baths. We ate in the garden on the comfortable table and seating under the huge umbrella awning which we had to put up when it rained.

The cockerel was a bit noisy early in the mornings. The Cottage is called The Dairy, not cosy cottage so we were a bit confused when we arrived so I think you should get that changed.

A perfect countryside gem!

This cottage was absolutely perfect! Spotless, comfortable, and a little gem in the countryside. The hosts have fully equipped it with everything you could possibly need. Loved the welcome hamper and the handbook of things to do in the area! Will 100% be back, we loved our stay!

Wonderful countryside cottage!

Lovely cosy cottage, ample space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, modern and comfortable. Good downstairs space for relaxing and dining. Animals out the front were an added entertainment! Welcome pack was a lovely touch as well. Enclosed field was perfect for the dogs. Kitchen was well equipped.

A gorgeous property beautifully renovated and so clean. Lovely outside seating area and easily accessible. The hosts were so welcoming and hospitable. Lovely welcome box left for arrival. Added bonus was meeting the friendly lambs and goats!

Great bank holiday escape

Beautifully decorated accommodation, lovely bedrooms with well appointed en-suites and bathroom, smallish kitchen but excellently equipped with the addition of a welcome pack. Quiet location with nice outlook on to pet goats. Plus a useful seating area in the garden for nicer weather. Dogs welcome too. Would stay again!

The garage area needs to be completed but clearly a work in progress and had no impact on our visit.

Perfect stay

Beautifully presented accommodation, very comfortable beds, well equipped, good parking, excellent use of a field for the dogs, lovely location and we loved the goats. Hosts were extremely friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend.

Gorgeous cottage with everything you need.

Such a gorgeous cottage with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Welcome box on arrival was a lovely bonus - particularly with the little pot of dog treats. Really useful dog-friendly stuff like a towel to clean her off after the rain/mud. Beautiful location with lovely walks straight out of the door and easy access to everything North Norfolk has to offer. Kitchen was really well equipped for cooking family meals. Beds were super comfy too.
