The cottage has a double and a twin room along with a sleeping area on the landing containing a single bed and additional stacker bed. There is a family bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC. The fitted kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a dining room with electric fire, and a sitting room with electric fire and sofabed, meaning this cottage can accommodate up to eight people. Outside, there is garage parking for one car with another off road parking space provided too, as well as shared use of the lawned garden and the cottage has its own gravelled area with furniture. Manor Farm Cottage is within easy touring distance of the coast or Broads, as well as NT properties, nature reserves, and the city of Norwich.
