Staff super helpful, accommodating & welcoming; they couldn’t be more helpful. I was so pleasantly surprised how kind and caring they were to me and others at the property.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but I want to mention I had a couple of items missing from the kitchenette and they sourced them for me right away, very kind and helpful staff.

Location was quite convenient for us to travel to the City Centre.

The lift is not working. I have a problem with my knees. So using the stairs were not very comfortable for me.
