Stylish property, off street parking,pet friendly

Easy to access, well-presented property. Hosts were quick to respond to queries. It was a very comfortable bed, and the house is large and would be great for a group booking. We parked on the street outside the house, as I had a van and was not allowed to park on the driveway. We walked to the pub across the road for food, which was really convenient. We were only there for one night and left very early in the morning, so we did not spend too much time in the house, but it provided everything we needed.

The hosts were unclear about the check-in time and told me 4pm, even though the listing says 3pm. I had to message at 3pm to get the code for the keybox. Early check-in incurs a fee.

The property was clean and comfortable and was within an easy walk of the centre of Bath. Private parking was a definite bonus.

The interior design was lovely, all the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Nice garden area too.

Pretty used up, needs a touch of paint at minimum, chips and paint peeling off, front door lock falling apart.
