Really nice little gaff if you want a handy place to explore Bath from

It was clean and well appointed. The hosts were also extremely accommodating and nice; we arrived early and they allowed us to drop our bags while the cleaner was there. The location is excellent, 20 minutes’ walk from the centre of Bath, with a lovely gastropub right upon the doorstep of the property.

There’d been a boiler problem on our arrival - not their fault - so we didn’t use the shower, and one of our number reported the bed wasn’t comfortable. (Mine was great!) But we were only using it to lay our heads, so it was good as gold.

Can park the car in the front of the apartment. Good space with modern design to the well-equipped kitchen and living room located at level 1.

The strong smell of paint in the room adjacent to the toilet at level 2. Unresponsive host.

Pretty used up, needs a touch of paint at minimum, chips and paint peeling off, front door lock falling apart.

Excellent for what we needed as a family with 2 adult children visiting relatives in Bath.

Easy access. Parking at front of house. Plenty of space for family of four adults. Garden space and park nearby for dog walking. Great for visiting family in Bath.

They charge five extra pounds for a travel cot, which could easily be provided for free, given the price. You have to carry it upstairs, set it up yourself, and no linen is provided, all of which is normal, but then, what's the point of charging extra? It is the first time an accommodation charges us extra for a cot. Communication on the arrival could also be improved. Check-in was at 15:00, and I had to ask for the code, which I received at 15:20. Nothing really important; the place is excellent.

We had an excellent stay at this property, it was a 20 minute walk to the city centre and the accommodation had a homely feel to it. All the things you need for a comfortable stay! Thank you 🤩

Overall our was stay was good

It was clean and tidy, there was allocated parking space.

There was no shower gel, shampoo etc. Some of the towels were with stains. We had trouble turning on the heating as the thermostat was not working.

Good location, clean and well decorated, host provide a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and allowed early check in for a price

Broken appliances which you were unable to use like the oven, which wasn’t disclosed before. The door is also very difficult to use, we almost couldn’t get back in. Communication was difficult at times, when trying to contact the host

Close to City Centre location, nice spacious house, kitchen utensils, great back yard, super living, and dining areas.

Not so well maintained storage areas in the living and bedroom (stuff all over and not organised). Stained sofa bed in the main bedroom, 🕷 on the bed. Cramped bathroom, chocked wash basin...

Pleasant and wonderful property

Check in is a breeze. It was easy to look for a parking during our stay. The property is beautifully decorated. It has everything we need (we wish we could stay longer to enjoy the beautiful house). We would definitely come back again.

De hygiëne was niet goed, in grootste slaapkamer was een schuif niet gereinigd( zie foto), douche liep ook niet goed door, vuile afloop
