We had booked the accommodation to attend a wedding which started late morning and tentatively asked if we could have access to get changed. Chris very kindly had the room ready very early for us. Excellent welcome pack. Very clean.

It was a short pit-stop kinda stay, we didn't see the hosts but they responded to messages and left clear instructions which worked. There were two beds, one a double-futon type bed in a loft room accessible by a ladder. The other was downstairs and a pull-out sofa bed. It is small but perfectly adequate for a night's stay. It was perfect for our needs.
It was all good. Some folk might have issues accessing the small loft bedroom using the ladder.

Location was good just outside of Braunton and right on the SW coast path/Tarka trail
