All pretty amazing. Pre-arrival admin and contact efficient, flexible and friendly. Location - 5 min walk from Braunton centre and a couple of mins from the big Tesco. Lovely modern little studio with bed on mezzanine floor. Very thoughtful welcome and breakfast pack. Comprehensive info pack, books and maps. Comfy sofa with flat screen TV and access to streaming channels. Lovely shower. Tasteful natural wood finishes. At £70, fabulous value. Noted things we didn't use - outdoor furniture accessed through French doors, outdoor post-beach shower. All very carefully thought through and executed. Well done.
Nothing that we "didn't like". Note that the stepladder up to the bed on the mezzanine floor is quite steep.

Cosy+comfy, such a cute place to stay, sadly me and my partner were only here for 1 night so we will deffinatly be back again !!! Everything we could ever need was supplied eg. breakfast, toiletries etc. They also had maps which was nice as you don’t usually see them. Over all fantastic space and will definitely be back.
I can’t really think of anything, the only thing that would be nice is maybe a stove top,otherwise perfect

Lovely cosy accomodation, really clean and had everything we needed. Was a great location too, as we were attending a wedding down the road. Really helpful information pack and lovely welcome basket.
