About this cottage rental
Courtyard Cottage. This lovely holiday cottage is located in the village of Wrafton nr Braunton within easy reach of the superb beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe. Saunton Golf Course(world renowned) is only 2 miles away. The cottage has one bedroom with a leather sofa bed (sleeping 2 children) in the spacious living room. Newly decorated throughout and very well equipped. It consists a large, comfortable living/dining room, fitted bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Patio doors open onto a lovely courtyard with bistro table and chairs with a small fish pond in the centre. The well known thatched pub/restaurant, The Williams Arms is located a short walk from the property.
Guests to supply their own bed linen and towels.........double and king size duvets are supplied with plenty of pillows to choose from.

This could really be surprised a a hidden gem. It's location is perfect with a great pub close by, the South West Coast path and Tarka Trail at the end of the road plus local buss stops. The house it's really spacious and well stocked for a self catered break. Thanks you to Sue who's conms. are spot on.

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is ideal for exploring the local area, which we know very well as my wife's family all come from North Devon. The communication was excellent and the check in process easy. Hopefully we will return.
