Location was great. Close to the main station, a few minutes walk to the centre of Florence and the museums and cathedral.
The apartment has great style. It’s well equipped for self catering but is also well situated for a range of cafes and restaurants, and small shops.
Very clean and comfortable and quiet.
Access was easy - and the host had made arrangements for electronic and key access. We found using the phone to get in very convenient.
The host communicated all the necessary instructions and codes clearly.
Just a comment - the shower was interesting. The three of us staying found a different combination when using the shower!! But we all got clean…

Posizione comoda zona stazione.
Piano terra, poco luminoso.
La camera ha la finestra che dà su un cavedio, pareti intorno molto alte, con poco ricambio di aria. Il bagno è stretto, una persona alta non riesce a muoversi agevolmente. Appartamento per due persone, dormire in soggiorno significa essere molto disturbati dallo sbattere forte del portone d'ingresso del palazzo, che è a fianco della porta d'ingresso di casa.

Muy hermosa y cómodas instalaciones. Cerca de todo. La cocina super completa como si estuvieras en tu casa, no le falta nada. Baño amplio y ducha que no salpica.
Contactar a los dueños era una odisea solo los contacté dos veces y tardaron mucho, muy amables pero demoran en contestar.

Clean, excellent location, clear instructions and easy communications. The owner was very helpful and attended immediately to resolve an issue.
I could not find a way to turn on the bathroom cabinet light, which made the mirror quite dark and difficult to use.
