M.N., Housing, in historical building of '800, has been recently renovated with particular care in maintaining the typical Florentine details that characterize it, as the cool tiled floors and arched beams in the ceilings, combined with a new decor and comfortable.
It is located on the ground floor with the possibility to park your car in a courtyard protected by an electric gate (2,20cm entry width), from here you can enter directly in the lodging or use the main entrance.
You do not need any permission for the car to reach the accommodation.
The apartment of about 90 square meters comprises entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms in particular mezzanines, living room with double sofa bed, large and equipped kitchen (microwave oven, induction electric plates, kettle fridge etc.), further mezzanine with sofa double bed.
A bathroom with no shower in master bedroom, another on the ground floor with large shower, all in Carrara marble.
Air conditioning in all environments, 2 LED TV with satellite and terrestrial channels, wi-fi. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
The location is perfect, within walking distance you will find everything you need in the morning the San Lorenzo market sells fruits and fresh green vegetables, meat, fish, and various bakeries, supermarkets, buses, restaurants and shops.
