Perfect for families, in the city center on a villa

Perfect location and great accommodation for families, room well equipped with all you need if you want to make food yourself. House located in a small villa and even though you are on the city center you feel you are in a nicer and more orivate location

Great place for couples in Firenze

These are large appartements in the city center of Firenze. The location is optimal, rooms have a lot of space (we were in two) and the apartments were warm and cozy

The only small complaint that I have is that we didn’t really figure out how to set the thermostat. Sometimes it was too warm inside expecially during night. It wasn’t overly annoying, I’m sure if we’d asked to the host, she would’ve answered immediately

Strategic location, very near to Santa Maria Novella Train station only 5 min walking distance. peoperty is very clean and well maintained, provided with everything needed. the neighbourhood is also good with some food and supermarket nearby. pretty safe too. there is an elevator too in avery building.

almost nothing! just the washing machine and drier in the basement is troublesome to access and need to pay with only 1 euro or 50 cents coins. but at least they exist!

We spent a great week in Florence with this apartment as a base

The host handed over the keys and gave a good explanation of all the facilities. The location was perfect, in a gated close with a nice garden and only a short walk from the tourist area. The furnishings and facilities were modern and clean with a comfortable bed and sheets.

The place is a short walk from the tram stop but we still had difficulty finding it on our first trip to the city.

The location of the hotel. It is about 10mins walk from the Florence Train station. Lots of restuarants and marts around the area. Host is nice enough to provide fans in the property. Caters well to guests who are afraid of the heat, even though it is during the winter months.

An absolute gem of an apartment

An excellent apartment that ticked all the boxes. Located in the middle of everything but in a private enclosure of apartments. I was travelling alone and felt very safe. It was totally quiet. And then you stepped outside the huge brown gates into the mayhem. The apartment had everything I needed and the staff were so nice and left loads of info. My train wasn't leaving until 11 and they kindly let me stay. I can't say enough about the place. I was there 6 nights.

Honestly, I had no complaints!! I have stayed in Venice, Milan, Piacenza and Naples on this trip and this was the best.

The property is amazing! Super central, but isolated from the noise, with very nice private garden. Very spacious, well equipped and modern property. Extremely friendly and nice staff. We will be definitely coming back. 10/10

the place needs a thorough, proper, whole day cleaning at least. We had dirty pans and pots in the cupboard, halfclean plates and cups, dirty floor and lots of dust on lamp cables

This was a perfect stay for our family.

We were just going to store our luggage until our room was ready but they already had it cleaned and ready for us at 10:30 in the morning! The host was super helpful and informative. She gave us extras of everything even though we didn’t ask. Loved the location. So quiet but so central.

Fabulous find in Firenze

This was a fantastic find, quiet courtyard location - yet right in walking distance of anything you might want to do in Florence. The staff who met us for the keys were friendly and helpful. We really couldn't fault anything at all, except maybe a choice of pillows but really not a big deal. Communication before and during our stay was also great! We would stay here again 100%.

Just some spare pillows so we could swap around for the right comfort.

Spacious accommodation for 2 persons. Super convenient locatio, very close to the train station, eating places and supermarket. The water pressure of the shower is super. The security of the entrance is excellent, the air-conditioner is super. The host is very nice and helpful.

Really comfortable, it was a quiet oasis away from the crowds. It couldn't have been better.

The location was excellent just a short walk to all the sights and the train station. It was so nice to walk through the gates after a day out amongst crowds of Florence to this quiet sanctuary. Azadeh was lovely, so kind and helpful and just wanted to make sure we had the best time.

Lovely place. Beautiful garden entry and patio. You feel like you are in an oasis in the middle of the city.

A beautiful experience!

We had the most magical time in Florence and absolutely loved our stay here! When you enter off the street, it is like walking through a lovely garden with the most beautiful floral aromas. Cosimo from Coco Places was an incredible host to us — he is so friendly, showed us the laundry facilities, and even stored our bags for us the morning after check-out before our train to Rome. We went to several places he recommended (Trattoria Marione & Gelateria Santa Trinita) and had the best time! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and felt so safe. The perfect location too!
