Nice place to stay when visiting Florence for a couple of days. Spacious bedrooms. Good airconditioning which is comfortable when temperatures are up. Large kitchen with dining table. Balcony on the backside of the building.
10 min walking distance from old city center; 15 minutes walking distance from public parking outside the ZTL.
The lay-out is a bit strange as it was apparently remodeled to house more guests (additional sleeping room in attick, additional bathroom + washer room fitted).

we stayed at the apartment for almost 1 week and it was a very good location for our family.
extremely spacious bedrooms and good size living area and kitchen. Very clean upon arrival.
The outside space was a great added benefit

The briefing and tips provided by host when we picked up the keys was very helpful.
The booking, an urgent one at the last minute was handled well and the communication was excellent.
