Panicale, brand new designed apt in a top location

The apartment is after renovation: a beautiful interior, everything is clean and new. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was very responsive, answered questions quickly, and even brought us a kettle within an hour when we realized there wasn’t one in the apartment. The wi-fi was fast.

-there is no elevator in the building, you need to climb several flights of stairs to reach the apartment -the floor is cold and slippery -the duvet is wrapped in sheets and keeps slipping out, which was uncomfortable -the shower is separate from the toilet, which we found inconvenient -a major problem is the windows: you can hear absolutely everything from the street - people talking, traffic, garbage trucks, motorcycles, and noise from nearby shops. The noise starts early in the morning and continues late into the night, making it impossible to sleep properly. During the 5 nights we stayed, we didn’t sleep well a single night. This is definitely an issue that needs the host’s attention.

Location was excellent! Beautiful decor

Dotarile. Este un apartamemt cu toate dotarile inclusiv uscator de rufe. Proprietarul s-a gandit la toate.

Lipsa toaletei a 2 a. Faptul ca dusul e separat de toaleta poate fi un avantaj. Cea mai mare problema e lipsa etansarii ferestrelor cel mai mic zgomot din strada se aud in dormitoare masinile si scuterele, parca trec pe langa pat. La renovarea recent facuta primul lucru era de inlocuit ferestrele cu unele eficiente (partea interioara - presupun ca normele de urbanism nu permit mai mult).
