The apartment is located in the historic center of Florence, very close to the characteristic stalls of the San Lorenzo market and the former Convent of Sant'Orsola where the remains of Mona Lisa were found which inspired Leonardo da Vinci in the Mona Lisa painting.
The residence of approx. 70 is located on the third floor without lift of a characteristic historical mansard mansion with beautiful ceilings with wooden beams and has just been completely renovated and furnished.
Very bright and with double exposure, it consists of entrance with private staircase from the second to the third floor, large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom furnished with a double bed convertible into two single beds and a pouf that becomes a single bed, 2 bathrooms with box shower, mezzanine that houses a sofa with 2 beds, desk and walk-in closet. In the living room, a comfortable sofa turns into a French bed. It can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.
All furniture, equipment and appliances are completely new.

Very convenient for tourists who arrive by train at the Santa Maria Novella station and, for those traveling by car, very close to the parking in Piazza San Lorenzo and other parking under the house.
The area is widely equipped with typical Tuscan restaurants, wine bars, pubs, bars, cinemas, theaters, churches, museums, post offices, supermarkets, hospitals and all types of commercial activities such as to satisfy anyone's needs. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'annuncio corrisponde perfettamente a quanto ci aspettavamo. Si trova anche in un'ottima posizione per visitare Firenze (dalla finestra del soggiorno si vede il tetto del mercato di San Lorenzo). C'è tutto quello che serve per cucinare e i bagni sono perfetti (uno è un po' piccolo, ma ha comunque la doccia ed è molto utile per 5 persone ...). Abbiamo trovato i letti pronti e gli asciugamani puliti per tutti. Proprietario disponibile e molto gentile. Quando torneremo a Firenze ci piacerebbe soggiornare ancora qui. Grazie !

Nice apartment in a good location away from the tourist area of the Duomo. The owner was very accommodating and arranged for an additional twin bed in the bedroom. I don't think it was very clear in the description at the time of booking that this is technically a one bedroom apartment. There is also a low ceiling loft with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area as shown. It may be difficult for some people to use the stairs to the loft. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The owner also let us check in about an hour early and the young lady who met us at the apartment provided us with a map of the area, gave us some suggestions on where to eat and even helped get our luggage up the stairs. I would definitely recommend this apartment, however it may be a bit small for 7 people to sleep comfortably.
