About this villa rental
Come and enjoy spending time with family or friends in the Villa Fabiola, a large, freshly refurbished (Spring 2024), classified villa of about 140m2 surrounded by a vast garden with trees, located rue des tennis, only 100 meters away from the beach, in a quiet sought-after area near everything. You will breathe in the air of the sea and you will hear the sound of the waves. Located in the heart of the Côte Fleurie, it will be your starting point to discover: Villers sur Mer and its large sandy beach, its cliffs and marshes, as well as all the surrounding cities including Deauville, Trouville sur Mer, Cabourg, Honfleur and the D-Day beaches. The Villa can accommodate people with reduced mobility (equipments to be requested when booking).
Electricity (€0.20 per kWh) will be charged based on the holiday makers’ actual consumption beyond the meter reading taken on the day of the check-in.
As an indication, you should expect to pay approximately €10 per day in winter and €5 per day in summer, allowing everyone to set the temperature according to their preference and charge their electric vehicle if needed. Bed linen on option at 19€ by bed, to be ask when booking. Cleaning option at 69€.

Very friendly and helpful host. Lovely villa close to the beach. Very bright and clean with a large garden for relaxing and the dogs to run around. Will definitely be back and will recommend the villa to friends
