Nice but woth problems

Great location and fantastic views from every room. Spacious lounge, perfect for 4 people. Easy access and quiet corner. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the building (free at night). You will even see your car.

Communication is bad. We requested an option of linens and towels (this is extra that only realised after booking), owner did not say anything. Luckily we found a set inside the apparts, but that was a surprise to the owner. So they don’t really pay enough attention to what you write in a chat. Second, did mot find the bin bags and asked the owner. No answer, had to buy myself. Last one, was charged some extra 10 on checkout because i did not clean something, despite the included 60 cleaning fee in the price. Those policies you won’t find anywhere on booking.com, just be aware.

Le rapport qualité /prix excessif Drap et serviette payant !!!! Dépôt de garantie exorbitant obligatoire par CB ( 300€ pour 1 nuit) Manque d’équipement ( tire bouchon, plat, torchon de vaisselle, sopalin…) Toilette cassé, cheveux dans meuble vasque Pas de pelle ni balai Vitres sales

El alojamiento está frente una zona donde hay mucho viento!!!

Encontramos todas las sábanas, en la lavadora, no estaban puestas en las camas, además te cobran las toallas y las sábanas, y tú tienes que hacer las camas. Lo cual me parece descortés; creo que podrían dar un mejor servicio, no tienen la Cultura de servicio al cliente

La location est parfaite pour rendre visite Le Havre. Il y a plein de restaurants près d‘appartment et un supermarché. Stationner la voiture est possible directement à côté d‘immeuble. Trés propre.

Apparemment sympa bien placé et propre Nous y avons passé une nuit. C’est calme et la vie sur le port et la mer est agréable. Nous avons pu nous stationner facilement en bas de la résidence. Les premiers commerces sont à environ 300m. Je recommande cet appartement

Je suis extrêmement déçu et bouleversé

ous sommes venus avec trois petits enfants de Paris pour passer une journée sur l'océan et n'avons réservé qu'une seule nuit. Le coût était de 100 euros. Nous avons appelé le propriétaire lorsque nous étions devant la maison et il nous a dit de lui payer 500 euros sur PayPal et que c'étaient ses règles. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas PayPal. Et je n'avais que de l'argent liquide. Sans virement PayPal, le propriétaire a refusé d’entrer dans son apparemment.Ce montant me semble important, et de plus, tout le monde n'a pas d'argent sur PayPal. Nous avons dû rentrer à la maison, les enfants pleuraient et étaient bouleversés. Le propriétaire ne rembourse pas non plus l'argent de la réservation. Soyez prudent si vous réservez cet appartement. Nous avons réservé plusieurs fois d'autres logements et personne ne nous a jamais demandé 500 euros supplémentaires au téléphone devant la porte de l'appartement. C'est très offensant et désagréable. Je le déconseille fortement.
