Had to go up stairs eventhough the apartment was on the ground floor - just above street level.

Un très bon séjour qui pourrait être amélioré avec quelques attentions simples

Emplacement très proche de nos activités - quartier agréable - bâtiment rénové.

La propreté un peu juste - La décoration sobre et sommaire qui mériterait d'être améliorée. luminaires se limitant à de simples ampoules. Accessoires de qualité standards voir bas de gamme (pommes de douches - placards coulissants). Bel appartement qui manque un peu de chaleur pour un petit peu plus de cocooning.

Appartement pratique avec parking, mais quelques détails à améliorer

L’appartement est bien situé pour les voyageurs en voiture, avec une place de parking réservée à l’intérieur de la résidence sécurisée. C’est très pratique. L’appartement est propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire, à l’exception d’une machine à laver – ce point peut être important à prendre en compte pour un séjour plus long. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons été satisfaits de notre hébergement.

En revanche, l’instruction reçue avant l’arrivée pour récupérer les clés et accéder à la résidence est un peu compliquée à comprendre. Nous avons dû réfléchir un peu pour trouver le bon chemin. 😅 De plus, la télécommande pour ouvrir le portail du parking est dans un très mauvais état : les boutons sont cassés, et il fallait appuyer plusieurs fois un peu au hasard pour que le portail s’ouvre.

Nous y sommes allés pour un congrès au Carrée des Docks et son emplacement est idéal.

Appartement très fidèle à sa description, le confort, le calme (pas un bruit lors de notre séjour). Le fait d'avoir une place de parking intérieur est un vrai avantage.

Le seul point à améliorer est que le code wifi est long et donc nous ne nous y sommes pas connecté. Il est possible de le modifier pour que celui-ci soit plus court.

appartement récent, sobre, avec quelques marques sur le sol mais pas d'impact sur le confort du logement, bien isolé, chauffé, volets électriques appréciables, place de parking dans cour intérieure, à réitérer si je reviens dans la région,

éclairage du séjour et des WC parfois difficile à éteindre, badge porte de garage fonctionnel mais en mauvais état, mais le loueur m'informe qu'il a été remplacé après ma location,
