Propreté (je n’ai toujours pas compris à quoi servent les 85€ de frais de nettoyage que les locataires précédents ont aussi dû payer), confort (pas de chauffage à l’arrivée à 23h). Les seules réponses reçues à nos doléances ont été “merci de votre patience et compréhension”.

L'appartement est d'une qualité exceptionnelle: Un grand séjour impeccable, très lumineux et spacieux. Les mobiliers et plus particulièrement la table et les chaises sont d'une qualité hors norme, sans oublier le grand téléviseur et décoration est époustouflante. L'appartement est bien agencé. Tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi. L'appartement proche de toute commodité: Transports, Magasins, Restaurants.

Direkt aus der Hölle. Schimmel überall

Die Einrichtung ist schick. Täuscht auf den ersten Blick über den großen Mangel an der Wohnung an sich. In der Nähe gibt es eine ganz tolle kleine Pizzeria. Die war klasse. Die heißt: PIZZA tour de pise.

Das Badezimmer ist massiv verschimmelt und in allen anderen Räumen gibt es ebenfalls welchen. Dies kann auch durch die nette Optik nicht wett gemacht werden. Wir haben alle Atemwegsbeschwerden bekommen. Außerdem ist es massiv irreführend nicht in die Anzeige auf booking.com zu schreiben in welcher Etage die Ferienwohnung liegt. 4!!!! Etage ohne Aufzug. Pure Hölle mit schweren Koffern. Dies kann man erst mit Erhalt des Leitfadens herausfinden. Zusätzlich hat der Nachbar von unten ständig gegen die Wände gehauen, sobald die Kinder sich bewegt oder gesprochen haben. Dies empfanden wir als sehr störend. Das zweite Zimmer ist ein DURCHGANGSZIMMER, welches man nicht abdunkeln kann und jeder der aufs Klo oder ins Bad muss, muss da durch und liegt direkt an der Küche. Außerdem war das Bett nicht vorbereitet. Kann man sich dann selbst aus dem Leitfaden zurecht suchen, wo man die Sachen dafür her bekommt.

Fantastische ervaring

Het appartement is echt zoals op de foto's zelfs nog beter. Ruime praktische keuken. Mooie slaapkamers met voldoende slaapplaatsen. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Hele leuke originele decoratie. Dichtbij tram, restaurants, winkels enzovoort. Wifi werk uitstekend. De contactpersoon heel behulpzaam en steeds bereikbaar. Wij waren met de auto hebben deze aan de parking aan zee gezet (gratis) en zijn of al wandelend of met de tram steeds heen en weer gereisd. We waren een koppel met 2 kindjes (4 en 7) ook voor hun waren er boekjes en kleurtjes in het appartement aanwezig. Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader.

Appartement is op 4de verdieping en enkel per trap bereikbaar. Tegenvallen is veel gezegd maar qua conditie telt het wel 🤣

L'appartement est bien situé, proche de la gare du Havre et de commerces. Il est joliment décoré, propre et agréable. Le système prévu pour l'arrivée n'est pas très agile (arrivée plus tôt que prévue). Mais j'ai été guidée par téléphone et j'ai réussi à accéder à l'appartement.

La deuxième chambre est un espace de passage pour la salle de bain et les toilettes, peu pratique... Gros point noir : les édredons en plume... (cauchemars des allergiques)

Nedovoljno toalet papira. 2 rolne za 5 osoba za 3 dana. Neudobni kreveti Apartman na 4 spratu bez lifta i veoma strmo stepenište. Ulaz u WC i kupatilo je u jednoj od spavaćih soba, tako da ako neko spava nije moguće koristiti wc i kupatilo. Netflix ne radi. Samo engleski kanali na TV-u. Insistiranje osoblja da pre izlaska spremimo posteljinu, peškire i suđe i sami izbacimo džakove sa smećem.
