Just a few minutes walk from the beach and the center, two bedrooms, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fiber and Netflix accommodate up to six travelers.

All you have to do is close the door to forget that you are in the city.

The light glides over the terracotta walls, warms the wood and rattan; the electric stove lets its flame dance; outside, the wisteria draws a green roof above a patio just for you.

🌿 AN ATMOSPHERE, NOT A STANDARDIZED DÉCOR

Completely renovated, the apartment has been designed as a real living space. The terracotta tones, the natural materials and the light of the patio give it a strong identity, without ever sacrificing comfort.

On sunny days, the doors open and life extends outside. When the sea air becomes brighter, the warm colours, the plaids and the glow of the stove transform the living room into a cocoon. The Hacienda does not depend on a season: it simply changes its rhythm.

In the living room, the sofa invites you to slow down and the Smart TV with Netflix extends the evenings. Board games, plaids and wine glasses accompany simple pleasures: playing, chatting, watching a movie or doing nothing at all.

🍃 THE PATIO, A ROOM IN ITS OWN RIGHT

This is the treasure of L'Hacienda: a real private courtyard, quiet and vegetated, where wisteria climbs on the beams and forms a light green roof.

As soon as the weather permits, you can sit there to have coffee, have lunch around the large table, read in a deckchair or share a barbecue with family or friends.

And even when you prefer to stay indoors, its greenery and light prolong the atmosphere of the home. A rare space in the city center — and the one that we usually leave with the most regret.

🏡 REAL SPACES FOR LIVING FOR 2 OR 6

The apartment accommodates up to six guests:

• a bedroom with a double bed;
• a bedroom with two single beds;
• A sofa bed for two people in the living room.

Beds are made before your arrival. Towels are provided for everyone, and the large walk-in shower awaits you after a walk on the seafront, a day of discovery or work. Shower gel and hairdryer are also at your disposal.

Need to work from home during your stay? The large dining room table allows you to comfortably install a computer, while the very high-speed fibre optic system ensures a fast and stable connection.

Families will also find a high chair and several board games.

🍽️ A KITCHEN WHERE NOTHING IS MISSING

Oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary crockery: here you can really cook and share a meal for six.

Coffee, tea, sugar and some basic products await you on arrival.

A washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent and cleaning equipment make longer stays easier. An iron and ironing board are also available in the building's laundry room.
