This review is is for Calme sur la Cote (not l'echo des vagues).Beds and equipment provided high quality (beds, oven, TV, washer dryer) Excellent location. Close to the beach and shops. Very pleasant area. As there was an issue with the electricity before arrival we were relocated and did not stay at the echo des vagues but at a different location close by. We were provided with information and pictures prior to arrival. The host was quick to check that everything was OK.

A lot of small things were missing ( clothe air dryer, brush but no pan, no hooks to hang towels etc). Linen was not great and pillows very uncomfortable. No guide for using appliances (washer/dryer and oven). The hot water tank a bit small for 3 consecutive showers. Stairway in need of maintenance.

A very enjoyable stay in a great apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, in a great location. It was also quiet.

We were sent the wrong code so had to phone the manager to gain entry. The heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work so the bathroom stayed rather wet for a long time after showers.

Exceptional

Very good location for visiting Le Havre. The seafront is only 3 minutes walk from the accommodation. The apartment includes everything you need for a good stay. The bedding is very comfortable and the apartment is very clean. The manager is responsive and attentive in the event of a problem

Get to enjoy the beach just some steps away.

The owner tried to support as much as he could. it’s near the beach. Ferris-wheel view at the door, which has beautiful lights in the night. This was always a highlight for us.

1. They had prepared beddings for 2 people only but after writing the he responded quickly advised where the beddings were kept. 2. Dirty appeared not to have been cleaned or prepared for us. The owner responded very positively. 3.No parking assigned for this apartment be prepared to park 10 to 15 minutes away. 3.Apartment is on ground floor and next to a busy road and people passing by throughout, but I guess there’s nothing to be done here.

Appartement cosy, idéal pour un couple. Proche des commerces et de la plage. La literie est de qualité, draps et serviettes propres sur places. Salle de bain propre, cuisine bien équipée, et petit coin salon pour se détendre et finir la soirée. Même pas besoin d'amener ses verres à Ricard, ils sont sur place 👍

Séjour charmant et agréable tout proche de la plage

Suite à un problème technique survenu le jour de mon arrivée, j'ai du être relogée dans un établissement de proche proximité, de plus grande envergure, et tout s'est bien passé finalement. Hôte réactif et très aimable. Les avantages restaient les mêmes : la mer est à côté, les commerces, boulangerie et restaurants aussi, ainsi que le tram-way. Endroit propre, au calme avec son charme. Literie confortable

Bon emplacement, beaucoup d'équipements (mais je n'en avais pas l'utilité), espace, appartement indépendant. Chambre au calme sur l'arrière.

Contact inexistant et peu Communicatif. Boite à clef non verrouillée. Ergonomie du lavabo avec armoire à glace très gênante voir dangereuse. Propreté laissant à désirer. Saleté de la porte d'entrée et des fenêtres. Lumières trop blanches et aveuglantes, pas de lampe d'ambiance dans le salon. Insonorisation insuffisante avec voisin de l'étage.

Charme eines typischen Altstadthauses

Wohnung 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt in einem idyllischen Altstadtquartier in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. 2 Supermärkte, ein Bäcker und ein Metzger in der Nähe. An der Straßenecke eine Pizzeria, ein Bistro, ein Dönerladen und kaum Straßenverkehr. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, aber auch nicht mehr. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich schwierig. 20 bis 30 Minuten Suche um einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden war normal. Ein scharfes Messer hat gefehlt.

Квартира в яку нас поселили була не та яку ми бронювали. Хазяїн звʼязався з нами за 2 дні до приїзду, запропонував заміну і так як відміняти було пізно ми погодились. В цій квартирі як виявилось немає посудомийки. Квартира досить пуста. В основній кімнаті стіл, 4 стільці, диван - ліжко який при розкладанні займає майже весь простір то ж за столом сидіти не зручно і важко підійти. На кухні присутні базові дуже мінімальні речі, нас здивувала відсутність бокалів:). В спальні в шафі не приємний запах. Ми поклали речі і наступного дня всі вони мали неприємний запах, то ж довелось витягнути і класти все на підлогу. Також в шафі була якась сумка з брудною білизною. Між кухнею і основною кімнатою немає дверей.всі вікна в квартирі дуже брудні, і це шкода бо квартира вікнами виходить на прекрасний місцевий собор. Проте милуватись ним не було приємно через бруд на вікнах. Туалет і душ ну дуууже маленькі. Щоб зайти в душ відстань між раковиною і дверима десь 40см… добре що ми худенькі. Не зрозуміло як працює душ… то кипʼяток, то холодний… так і не зрозуміли. В туалеті були залишки сміття від минулих гостей. Це було не приємно, також там абсолютно немає куди покласти речі. Ми купили мило ( бо помешкання не пропонує базові приладдя) то довелось класти його прямо в раковину. Розетка у ванній не працює. Сушилися в кухні.

Expérience décevante dans cet appartement.

Peu de choses

À mon arrivée dans l'appartement, j'ai été confronté à plusieurs désagréments qui ont gâché mon séjour dès le départ. Le radiateur était désincrusté du mur, ce qui donnait une impression de négligence. Le réfrigérateur était sale, et de la vaisselle avec de l'eau souillée stagnait dans les placards. J'ai également dû appeler à plusieurs reprises le propriétaire pour obtenir le code de la boîte à clé, ce qui n'a fait qu'ajouter à ma frustration. L'appartement manquait cruellement de produits de nettoyage, et la machine à café était dans un état déplorable, sans aucune dosette mise à disposition. Impossible de cuisiner, car les poêles et casseroles étaient également sales à mon arrivée. Le lave-vaisselle était inutilisable faute de capsules, tout comme le lave-linge pour lequel il n'y avait pas de lessive. Pire encore, le lave-linge était bouché et j'ai dû moi-même le déboucher et acheter de la lessive pour pouvoir l'utiliser. La lampe de chevet située à gauche du lit était instable et semblait sur le point de tomber. La douche et le lavabo de la salle de bain étaient bouchés, ce qui provoquait un écoulement extrêmement lent. De plus, des remontées d'odeurs désagréables se faisaient parfois sentir dans la salle de bain. J'ai également découvert un rasoir usagé dans un placard de la salle de bain, ainsi que des chaussures sales et malodorantes dans un placard de la chambre. Dans la cuisine, une bouteille d'eau à moitié consommée avait été laissée. Le propriétaire s'est révélé peu présent et très peu réactif face à ces nombreux problèmes. Malgré mes efforts pour lui signaler les soucis, les réponses ont été tardives et les solutions inexistantes. En conclusion, cette expérience a été loin de répondre aux standards de propreté et de service que l'on peut attendre d'un logement Airbnb. Je déconseille fortement cette location à ceux qui recherchent un minimum de confort et de sérénité.
