Very large and quiet apartment

The apartment is massive! We made use of the washer and dryer which was great since we were in need of some refreshed clothes. The kitchen was small but great for our needs. The rooms were comfortable and the gentleman that let us in could not have been any nicer.

The lights in the main bedroom for the bathroom were a little confusing, but we worked it out. Also we never could get the dishwasher to work properly so we just handwashed everything, not a huge deal but would have been nice if it worked. Otherwise a total gem!

Un appartement spacieux et confortable, une propreté irréprochable Des propriétaires réactifs en cas de besoin.

Un souci d’eau chaude rapidement réglé en début de séjour. Les fenêtres, bien que certaines soient difficiles à ouvrir, sont présentes dans tout l'appartement, ce qui permet tout de même de profiter pleinement de l'air frais.

Les finitions sont catastrophiques : trous dans les murs, portes et fenêtres qui ne ferment pas, portes de placard qui tombent, parquet qui bouge, tapisserie qui se décolle, etc... Je comprends que pour le prix on ne peut pas attendre une prestation haut de gamme, mais certains éléments sont vraiment limites, et quelques retouches rapides et peu coûteuses améliorerait grandement l'état de la maison. La communication n'était pas évident non plus avec des instructions pas toujours complètes

très bon emplacement, dans le haut de la ville (mais funiculaire à la porte pour descendre dans la ville du Havre.) Appartement vaste, richement meublé et très tranquille. excellent rapport qualité -prix.
