Très bien situé et un accueil chaleureux
Très bruyant la nuit lors de l’arrivée tardive des autres locataires mais seulement dans le salon . Chambre beaucoup moins sonore car isolé par la salle de bain

La disponibilité du gérant malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée. La proximité de la gare, des commerces et du centre ville. La propreté de l'appartement et l'équipement mis à disposition. Bonne literie. Je recommande cet établissement.

Someone to help if there are problems. The number given goes to a voice mail that too in French. Simple things missing like additional toilet paper

No breakfast
There is no one to reach out to if you have problems. For example: The washing machine was not working and we had no one to help. Also there were no instructions on the washing machine . The phone number is never picked up and all you get is a French voice message. Also the property has a strange rule that they will clean only when check out. So if you are staying for 10 days at a stretch, they will not clean in between. However if you book per day separately you might get cleaning.
